Montgomery County Commissioner Joe Smith Endorses Wendy J. Davis for Circuit Court Clerk

I am proud to formally endorse Wendy Davis to be Montgomery County’s next Circuit Court Clerk. Wendy is currently serving as the Interim Circuit Court Clerk and has over 24 years with the department, 18 of those years as Chief Deputy under the previous Circuit Court Clerk, Cheryl Castle.

 

Wendy’s knowledge, experience, and intimate understanding of the department and its responsibilities is critical for the courts to function and must be maintained through the transition of a new Circuit Court Clerk.

 

This is why Wendy Davis is uniquely qualified to lead this department through this transition and into the future successfully.
